Bengü KARAKAYA
Clinical Psychologist
My name is Bengü Karakaya. I was born in Bodrum in 1997. I completed my undergraduate education in the English Psychology program at Ankara Ted University with high honors.
I also completed a minor in Communication and Critical Media Studies at Ted University. I finished my master's degree in the Clinical Psychology Master's program at Antalya Bilim University, graduating with high honors.
During my education, I conducted thesis and project studies both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. While studying at Ted University, I carried out projects titled "Context and Beyond: A Systematic Review of Fatalism Contextual Approach in Disasters Related Studies," "Body Image Perception Project," and "Intimate Partnership Violence." I wrote my undergraduate thesis on "The Associations Between Socio-Political Ideologies and Emotional Reactions to Economic Inequality." For my master's thesis, I conducted a study with a sample group of patients from the Antalya Private Therapy Medical Center titled "A Psychodynamic Examination of Patients with High and Low Levels of Childhood Trauma in OCD Patients."
